How to request deletion

Email support@passagelens.com to request account deletion.

• Use the subject line: Passage Lens account deletion request
• Include the email address used for your Passage Lens account.
• Include a brief request to delete your account and associated app data.

What will be deleted

We will process account deletion requests within a reasonable period of time. Account data associated with your Passage Lens app account will be deleted unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or compliance reasons.
